I have been playing drums for nearly a decade, but my early background was in percussion for concert band.
I began playing the drumset in high school when I started a band with some friends. I play many genres, ranging from rock, metal, indie, country, jazz and soul. I have years of experience playing live shows around Colorado as well as on tour around the United States.
I specialize in beginner to intermediate students. A normal lesson would include improving form and speed, learning basic rudiments and incorporating them to the kit, playing along to a metronome and most importantly, breaking down and learning songs that you love to listen to and play. We will develop a practice plan to help you improve at your own pace and meet your goals!
